Working with us on a project
How do you estimate budget and timeline?+
After you submit the requirements we schedule a discovery call, clarify scope and produce a written proposal with architecture, milestones, team, timeline and price — usually within 5 business days. For larger projects we may suggest a paid discovery phase first.
Fixed price or time & materials?+
Both. Well-defined scopes run as fixed-price milestones. Evolving products run as capped time-and-materials with a dedicated team and weekly reporting. You choose.
Who owns the code and the models?+
You do. All IP, code, model weights and data produced in the project are assigned to you on payment. We sign NDAs before discovery.
How do you guarantee on-time, on-budget delivery?+
Fixed scope with explicit acceptance criteria, weekly demos, and a delivery lead accountable for the plan. If we mis-estimate a fixed-price milestone, we absorb the difference.
Can you work with our existing team?+
Yes. We frequently pair with in-house product owners, data teams and security reviewers, and hand over with documentation and knowledge-transfer sessions.
