NexusDevs was founded by engineers who spent years on both sides of the table — hiring AI talent for US and EU product teams, and contracting as senior engineers. We built the platform we wished existed: curated, accountable, and simple.

How we operate

Three processes, one standard

Developer placement

US and EU companies request engineers through our website. We match from our pool, the client interviews, and on a pass we sign a C2C contract for the agreed period.

Software services

Companies and individuals send project requirements. We review, propose budget and timeline, and once accepted we deliver the software on time and on budget.

Talent hiring

Engineers apply through our website with their resume. They go through a dedicated hiring process and, once passed, join our developer pool.
