1. Who we are

NexusDevs ("we", "us") operates nexusdevs.ai, an AI development consultancy connecting AI engineers with companies in the United States and the European Union. Registered address: 6249 Camino Verde Dr., San Jose, CA 95119, USA. Contact: hr@nexusdevs.ai.

2. What we collect

Clients: name, work e-mail, company, job title, phone, country, project or role requirements, preferred call times and any information you include in your message.

Developers: name, e-mail, phone, location, professional profiles (LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio), experience, skills, availability, rate expectations, your summary and the resume/CV you upload.

Technical data: IP address and timestamps used for security and rate limiting.

3. Why we process it

To respond to your request, prepare shortlists or proposals, schedule calls and manage contracts (performance of a contract or steps prior to entering one).

To evaluate developer applications and match candidates with client projects (our legitimate interest and, where required, your consent).

To protect the website against abuse and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Developer profiles are shared with prospective clients only in anonymised form until the developer agrees to an interview. We use service providers for hosting and e-mail delivery under data-processing agreements.

5. Retention

Client requests are kept for the duration of our relationship and up to 3 years afterwards. Developer applications and resumes are kept for up to 2 years so we can match you with future projects, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and applicable US state laws) you may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. E-mail hr@nexusdevs.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database; uploaded resumes are stored outside the public web root and are accessible only to authorised staff.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
