Can I choose a specific developer from your pool?+
We do the matching. You tell us the role, stack and seniority; we shortlist engineers from our pool who fit, and you interview them. This keeps the process fast and lets us guarantee quality and availability.
How does the contract work?+
Developer placements run as a corp-to-corp (C2C) contract between your company and NexusDevs for an agreed period, typically 3–12 months with renewals. Software projects run on a fixed-scope statement of work with agreed budget and milestones.
How quickly can a developer start?+
Most shortlists are delivered within 3–5 business days. After interviews and contract signature, developers usually start within 1–2 weeks.
Which time zones do you cover?+
Our engineers work with US and EU companies and guarantee overlap with US Eastern/Pacific or Central European hours depending on the engagement.
What if it doesn't work out?+
If a developer isn't the right fit in the first two weeks, we replace them at no extra cost. For fixed-price projects, scope and acceptance criteria are agreed up front so there are no surprises.
